TAPAS COURSE
This seminar-course will be taught by the Escuela de Hosteleria of Jerez, its objective is to provide the participant with a knowledge of the culture of tapas in Andalucia, learn the time honoured techniques and its implications and applications.

WINE TASTING COURSE
This seminar, offered by the Escuela de Hosteleria of Jerez, provides the historical background and knowledge of this famous wine producing region. From how the grapes are grown to the intricate process of elaboration, the participants will gain first hand knowledge of this centuries old tradition.
